1. What FindMyMD.ai is
FindMyMD.ai is a directory and matching platform that connects licensed physicians with hospitals seeking locum, PRN and per‑diem coverage. FindMyMD.ai is not a staffing agency, employer of record, or medical group, and is not a party to any coverage engagement negotiated between physicians and hospitals.
2. Eligibility
You may create a physician account only if you hold an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license and a valid NPI. You may create a hospital account only if you are authorized by the facility to post coverage needs on its behalf. FindMyMD.ai may suspend or remove accounts that appear to misrepresent identity, credentials, or authority.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you post, for complying with all applicable federal and state laws (including licensure, credentialing, HIPAA, and anti‑kickback rules), and for the terms of any engagement you enter into with the other party. Do not upload protected health information about patients into the platform.
4. Verification
FindMyMD.ai performs lightweight identity checks (NPI lookup, email verification, hospital‑domain matching or admin approval). Verification is a convenience, not a warranty. Every party is expected to run its own credentialing and diligence before any patient care begins.
5. Fees
During the founding period, use of FindMyMD.ai is free. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before introducing any fees.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. FindMyMD.ai may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users. Data retention follows the Privacy Notice.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." FindMyMD.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from engagements arranged through it.
